Do you accept Insurance?
A: We provide unlimited visits and calls with Dr. Maghidman for a single comprehensive fee. As a result, we do not process insurance claims for our services.
Do I need Medical Insurance?
A: We strongly advise maintaining your insurance to cover services not provided by our clinic, such as hospital stays, emergency room visits, prescriptions, and imaging. Although we do not bill insurance for our services, your insurance will still be crucial for these additional healthcare expenses.
Will my insurance cover the membership fee?
A: The membership fees are not covered by your health insurance plan and are your responsibility. However, you may choose to submit the membership fee to any flexible spending account (FSA), health reimbursement account (HRA), or medical savings account (MSA) you participate in. Please note that the Membership Program does not guarantee that any part of the membership fee will be reimbursed from these accounts. It is the member’s responsibility to obtain approval from their benefits administrator regarding the amount that may be reimbursed.

What happens when my doctor is on vacation ?
A: When your doctor is on vacation, we ensure that your care is not interrupted. Another qualified physician from our team will be available to assist you with any medical needs or concerns. You will continue to receive the same high level of care and attention you are accustomed to, ensuring seamless and continuous medical support.
How does telemedicine work ?
A: Telemedicine allows you to consult with your doctor remotely via secure video calls or apps. You schedule an appointment, connect online, and receive a diagnosis and treatment plan without needing to visit the office.
